JOB TITLE: Test Technician
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $24/hour

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

• Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift | Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Conduct electrical and RF testing using manual and automated test equipment.

• Follow test plans and work instructions to ensure product compliance.

• Operate electronic measuring instruments and maintain accurate test records.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and process improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred.

• Experience with electronics, electrical testing, or micro-electronics preferred.

• Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment.

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and follow written/verbal instructions.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
