JOB TITLE: Test Technician
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $24/hour

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift | Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Summary:
-
Conduct electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.

Follow detailed work instructions and test plans to ensure product quality.

Operate electronic measurement tools and maintain accurate test records and documentation.

Assist in troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (Active Clearance preferred)

Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital systems for timekeeping and instructions.

Experience with electrical and/or microelectronics testing preferred.

Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
