Summary: 

• Support the JSF Training Program by producing high-quality micro-learning and training content, including self-paced lessons and interactive training modules.

• Plan, script, shoot, edit, narrate, and produce micro-learning and training videos.

• Develop and deliver interactive video content and multimedia applications.

• Design and integrate still and motion graphics in line with established style guides.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet contract and training objectives.

• Research and explore new tools and technologies to enhance media production.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Active Secret Clearance Required

• High school diploma or GED

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools including:

  • Premiere Pro

  • After Effects

  • Captivate

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • Audition

  • Animate

  • Lightroom

• Strong video production skills (shooting, editing, animation, narration).

• Experience with animation and graphic illustration.

• High attention to detail and design aesthetics.

• Ability to follow and maintain visual style guidelines.

• Creating interactive, self-paced training modules.

• Producing multimedia content in support of military or government programs.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
