Summary: 

• Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems and system-of-systems solutions.

• Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility across all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

• Conducts analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, security, and other quality factors to ensure mission success.

• Develops and improves requirements management processes, tools, and assessments while resolving cross-functional technical issues.

• Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification requirements.

• Apply collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems solutions.

• Evaluate customer/operational needs and coordinate system performance requirements.

• Develop, manage, and validate system requirements, including technical specifications and supplier requirements.

• Conduct design reviews and technical assessments to ensure system reliability and compliance.

• Support and improve requirements management, risk, issue resolution, opportunity management, and technology readiness processes.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.

• 9+ years of related work experience, or equivalent education/experience.

• Systems Engineering experience in system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in engineering roles and/or leading teams to success.

• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
