JOB TITLE: Sr. Cabinet Finisher
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
PAY RATE: $33.81/hour

Summary:
-
Preparing, applying, and touching up finishes on aircraft furniture while ensuring compliance with design specifications.
-
Overseeing projects, mentoring junior technicians, and implementing process improvements in a team-oriented environment.
Required Skills:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
4 years of experience in wood finishing processes.

Advanced knowledge of cabinet finishing.
-
Aerospace industry experience preferred.
-
Proficient in interpreting material specifications and applying finishes using various methods (spray equipment, manual/mechanical).

Ability to mentor and train less experienced technicians.

Strong understanding of safety and process improvement techniques, including Lean Six-Sigma tools.

Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 40 pounds, and work any shift.

Computer literacy and proficiency in English.
