JOB TITLE: PCB Rework Repair Specialist
LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL (Onsite)
PAY RATE: Up to $26/hour

Summary: 

• Performs assembly and rework tasks on electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, panels, and cables.

• Responsibilities include soldering/desoldering fine-pitch and surface mount components, repairing damaged traces, pads, and internal circuitry, and performing hot gas rework for BGA devices.

• The role also involves conducting quality checks and ensuring all work meets specifications.

• Solder and desolder fine-pitch and surface mount components to PCBs

• Repair damaged traces, through-hole pads, and surface mount pads on PCBs

• Replace damaged gold contacts and components

• Perform hot gas rework for BGA devices

• Conduct quality checks and ensure specifications are met

Required Skills:

• MUST BE US PERSONS

• 5 years of experience in PCB rework or similar role

• IPC certification required

• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
