Job Description

JOB TITLE: Material Coordinator
LOCATION: 
Marysville, WA
PAY RATE: $20-$30/hour

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 6 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary: 

  • Manage parts and materials for aircraft interior manufacturing and installation.

  • This role ensures timely delivery, organizes materials, and supports collaboration between Planning, Stores, and Modification teams.

  • Coordinate material delivery and prioritize parts kits for technicians.

  • Organize materials on the shop floor and maintain kit cleanliness.

  • Manage floor stock, support shortage fulfillment, and participate in parts status meetings.

  • Address material discrepancies and assist with urgent requirements (AOG/engineering revisions).

  • Handle material pickups and deliveries as needed.

  • Contribute to material management reporting and maintain a positive, safe work environment.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience.

  • Must be willing to operate a forklift

  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle between Marysville and Moses Lake, WA. 

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read blueprints, invoices, and safety documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance) and working in various positions.

  • Adaptability, communication, dependability, teamwork, and initiative.

  • Commitment to safety, customer service, and work quality.

  • Travel and flexible hours as needed.

Desired Skills:

  • Aerospace industry experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with aerospace components preferred.
