JOB TITLE: Coating Touch-Up Specialist
LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL 
PAY RATE: Up to $24/hour

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Read and interpret prints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios.

• Operate dispensing and PVA coating machines per specifications.

• Mask/tape circuit boards for conformal coating or potting.

• Inspect assemblies for proper coating coverage.

• Perform manual touch-ups and remove excess coating.

• Maintain and clean machines, replenish fluids, and ensure proper operation.

• Apply potting, bonding, lubricants, and spray coatings to assemblies.

• Retrieve and transport materials as needed.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar trade.

• Computer literacy required.

• Strong attention to detail and spray painting skills.

• Positive attitude and dependability.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
