JOB TITLE: Assembler - Circuit JSTD (1st Shift)
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL

Qualifying Questions:
Summary:
Perform soldering in accordance with IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 standards (minimum 3 years’ experience required)
Assemble and inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and circuit card assemblies
Operate hand tools commonly used in PCB assembly
Work effectively under a microscope for extended periods
Follow detailed electronic work instructions using a computer interface
Perform masking, demasking, and conformal coating touch-up
Ensure compliance with ESD protection standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 soldering
Solid understanding of printed circuit board components and assembly techniques
Prior experience working in an ESD-sensitive environment
Ability to read and follow technical documentation and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Mechanically inclined with a problem-solving mindset
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
