• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

• Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift | Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions.

• Use microscopes, hand tools (tweezers, cutters, rulers), and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers).

• Work with components ranging from microscopic to large-scale, sometimes requiring magnification.

• Perform basic testing using measuring instruments and electronic test equipment.

• Maintain accurate production data and collaborate on process improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic computer proficiency for navigating digital systems.

• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

• Knowledge of ESD procedures and basic test equipment.

• Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.

• Experience in microelectronics or electrical assembly preferred.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
