LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: Up to $24/hour

Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Day Shift)

Summary:
-
Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions.
-
Operate microscopes, measuring devices, and electronic test equipment.
-
Handle components of varying sizes, including under magnification.

Use hand tools (tweezers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers).

Perform accurate data entry related to production.

Support team efforts for throughput and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred.

Basic computer skills; ability to navigate digital systems.

Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions.

Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.

Preferred: Experience with microelectronics or electrical assembly.

Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment.
-
Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow in the role.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
