Title: Applications Development Manager
Location: Carson, CA

Summary:
Healthcare Client seeks Application Development Manager with strong leadership, team-building, and front facing communication skills.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Applications Development Manager (7+ years) that understands technology and background in Applications/Software Development, but the emphasis is on good leadership skills personnel, project and vendor management in fast paced environment.
- This role will not require heavy hands-on development work.
- Manage 6 Direct Reports on the Team and will also manage offshore vendor relations.
- Strong front-facing communication skills.
- Onshore/Offshore Model
- Strongly prefers someone from a Healthcare Background – will bring up to speed someone that has strong management background but no healthcare.
- Technology Environment:
- .NET, Agile Environment. Azure (Cloud Based/DevOps background/environment preferred)
- Preferred Tech Experience: QNXT, PEGA, SALESFORCE (any background managing with these technologies is a plus)
