Summary: 

• Perform assembly, fitting, drilling, and riveting of structural components.

• Ensure defect-free assembly through precise alignment and quality checks.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles and safety standards.

• Support Lean activities and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

• Perform structural assembly operations in a production environment.

• Assemble, fit, drill, and rivet components to create high-quality, defect-free assemblies.

• This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and teamwork to meet production standards.

• This is an on-site role requiring flexibility to work any shift.

• On-Site Interview Required

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1 year of structural assembly experience (or credit for completion of Savannah Tech Aircraft Structures Technical Certificate Program).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and basic documents.

• Basic computer skills and shop math proficiency.

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in restricted areas.

• Strong attention to detail, hands-on craftwork aptitude, and professional attitude.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices.

• Previous work with composite resins and materials.
