JOB TITLE: Aircraft Fuel Systems Technician (Entry-Level)
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $28.88/hour

Qualifying Questions:
Summary:
Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
Use chemicals (lubricants, sealants, adhesives, etc.) and work with special finishes
Operate computers in a production setting
Assemble and install structural components, including sealing, plumbing, and electrical systems
Work with composite and metal structures using drills, rivet guns, torque wrenches, and other hand/power tools
Inspect work for quality and remove FOD (Foreign Object Debris)
Operate lifts (scissor/elevated work platforms)
Work in confined fuel cell spaces for extended periods
Perform physically demanding tasks: bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, lifting up to 35 lbs, standing 6–8 hrs
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience using power tools
1+ years following written and verbal work instructions
1+ years of mechanical or assembly experience
Ability to access tight spaces (fuel tank opening approx. 18” x 10”)
Experience operating heavy equipment
Willingness to work variable shifts
Background in aerospace, automotive, robotics, military, or similar industries (education or hands-on experience)
Applicable certifications or equivalent experience from an accredited institution
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
