Job Title: Aerospace Systems Engineer

Summary:

  • We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers to support next-gen autonomous aircraft programs, including projects like Orion, AACUS, and Odysseus solar aircraft.

  • Contribute to aircraft design, requirements, safety analysis, and certification processes.

  • Support verification and flight testing for aircraft and subsystems.

  • Use traditional and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methods.

  • Define and coordinate system performance requirements to ensure compatibility.

  • Perform analyses to optimize affordability, safety, reliability, and more.

  • Develop maintainability, survivability, and security plans.

  • Manage requirements, risks, and technical issues across disciplines.

  • Develop CONOPS and refine top-level system requirements.

  • Support safety artifact generation (FHAs, FTAs, FMEAs) per SAE ARP4761 and MIL-STD-882E.

Required Skills: 

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience 

  • Aerospace experience required 

Desired Skills: 

  • Familiarity with FAA aircraft certification processes.

  • Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo) and IBM Rational DOORS.
